After cleaning the mirror of my mind with the pollen dust of holy Guru’s Lotus feet, I describe the pure fame of Raghuvara which bestows the four-fold fruits of life.
बुद्धिहीन तनु जानिकै, सुमिरौं पवन-कुमार।
बल बुधि बिद्या देहु मोहिं, हरहु कलेस बिकार॥
बल बुधि बिद्या देहु मोहिं, हरहु कलेस बिकार॥
Knowing this body to be devoid of intelligence, I remember Pavan Kumar. Give me strength, intelligence and knowledge and remove all ailments and impurities.

Victory to Hanuman, ocean of wisdom. Victory to the Lord of Monkeys who is well-known in all the three worlds.
राम दूत अतुलित बल धामा।
अंजनि पुत्र पवनसुत नामा॥
अंजनि पुत्र पवनसुत नामा॥
You are Ram’s messenger, abode of incomparable strength. You are known as Anjani’s son and son of the wind.
महाबीर बिक्रम बजरंगी।
कुमति निवार सुमति के संगी॥
कुमति निवार सुमति के संगी॥
Great hero, with your mighty arms, you dispel evil thoughts and accompany good thoughts.
कंचन बरन बिराज सुबेसा।
कानन कुंडल कुंचित केसा॥
कानन कुंडल कुंचित केसा॥
Your body is golden colored and finely adorned, with earrings and curly hair.
हाथ बज्र औ ध्वजा बिराजै।
काँधे मूँज जनेऊ साजै॥
काँधे मूँज जनेऊ साजै॥
You carry a thunderbolt and a flag in your hands, and wear the sacred thread on your shoulder.
संकर सुवन केसरीनंदन।
तेज प्रताप महा जग बंदन॥
तेज प्रताप महा जग बंदन॥
You are Shiva’s son and Kesari’s son, your glory and majesty is praised throughout the world.
विद्यावान गुनी अति चातुर।
राम काज करिबे को आतुर॥
राम काज करिबे को आतुर॥
You are wise, virtuous and very clever, always eager to do Ram’s work.
प्रभु चरित्र सुनिबे को रसिया।
राम लखन सीता मन बसिया॥

You delight in hearing about the Lord’s deeds, Ram, Lakshman and Sita dwell in your heart.
सूक्ष्म रूप धरि सियहिं दिखावा।
बिकट रूप धरि लंक जरावा॥
बिकट रूप धरि लंक जरावा॥
You assumed a tiny form to show Sita, and took a terrifying form to burn Lanka.
भीम रूप धरि असुर सँहारे।
रामचंद्र के काज सँवारे॥

You assumed a mighty form to kill demons, and accomplished Ram’s tasks.
लाय सजीवन लखन जियाये।
श्री रघुवीर हरषि उर लाये॥
श्री रघुवीर हरषि उर लाये॥
You brought the Sanjivani herb and revived Lakshman, for which Ram embraced you with joy.
रघुपति कीन्ही बहुत बड़ाई।
तुम मम प्रिय भरतहि सम भाई॥
तुम मम प्रिय भरतहि सम भाई॥
The Lord of Raghus praised you greatly, saying you are as dear to me as my brother Bharat.
सहस बदन तुम्हरो जस गावैं।
अस कहि श्रीपति कंठ लगावैं॥

Saying “May the thousand-headed serpent sing your fame,” the Lord of Lakshmi embraced you.
सनकादिक ब्रह्मादि मुनीसा।
नारद सारद सहित अहीसा॥

The sages Sanaka and others, Brahma and other gods, Narada, Saraswati and the serpent king.
जम कुबेर दिगपाल जहाँ ते।
कबि कोबिद कहि सके कहाँ ते॥
कबि कोबिद कहि सके कहाँ ते॥
Yama, Kubera and the guardians of directions, poets and scholars cannot describe your glory.
तुम उपकार सुग्रीवहिं कीन्हा।
राम मिलाय राज पद दीन्हा॥
राम मिलाय राज पद दीन्हा॥
You rendered a great service to Sugriva, uniting him with Ram and getting him the kingdom.
तुम्हरो मंत्र बिभीषन माना।
लंकेस्वर भए सब जग जाना॥
लंकेस्वर भए सब जग जाना॥
Vibhishan heeded your advice and became the king of Lanka, as the whole world knows.
जुग सहस्र जोजन पर भानू।
लील्यो ताहि मधुर फल जानू॥
लील्यो ताहि मधुर फल जानू॥
The sun is thousands of miles away, but you swallowed it thinking it was a sweet fruit.
प्रभु मुद्रिका मेलि मुख माहीं।
जलधि लाँघि गये अचरज नाहीं॥
जलधि लाँघि गये अचरज नाहीं॥
Holding the Lord’s ring in your mouth, it was no wonder that you crossed the ocean.
दुर्गम काज जगत के जेते।
सुगम अनुग्रह तुम्हरे तेते॥

All the difficult tasks in the world become easy by your grace.
राम दुआरे तुम रखवारे।
होत न आज्ञा बिनु पैसारे॥
होत न आज्ञा बिनु पैसारे॥
You are the guardian at Ram’s door, no one can enter without your permission.
सब सुख लहै तुम्हारी सरना।
तुम रक्षक काहू को डर ना॥
तुम रक्षक काहू को डर ना॥
All find happiness in your refuge, under your protection one has no fear.
आपन तेज सम्हारो आपै।
तीनों लोक हाँक तें काँपै॥
तीनों लोक हाँक तें काँपै॥
You alone can control your immense power, all three worlds tremble at your roar.
भूत पिसाच निकट नहिं आवै।
महाबीर जब नाम सुनावै॥
महाबीर जब नाम सुनावै॥
Ghosts and evil spirits cannot come near when one chants the name of Mahavir.
नासै रोग हरै सब पीरा।
जपत निरंतर हनुमत बीरा॥
जपत निरंतर हनुमत बीरा॥
All diseases and pain are destroyed by constantly chanting brave Hanuman’s name.
संकट तें हनुमान छुड़ावै।
मन क्रम बचन ध्यान जो लावै॥

Hanuman releases from affliction those who remember him in thought, word and deed.
सब पर राम तपस्वी राजा।
तिन के काज सकल तुम साजा॥
तिन के काज सकल तुम साजा॥
Ram, the ascetic king, is supreme over all, and you accomplish all his tasks.
और मनोरथ जो कोई लावै।
सोइ अमित जीवन फल पावै॥
सोइ अमित जीवन फल पावै॥
Whoever comes to you with any wish obtains the abundant fruit of life.
चारों जुग परताप तुम्हारा।
है परसिद्ध जगत उजियारा॥
है परसिद्ध जगत उजियारा॥
Your glory is renowned throughout the four ages, your fame illuminates the world.
साधु संत के तुम रखवारे।
असुर निकंदन राम दुलारे॥
असुर निकंदन राम दुलारे॥
You are the protector of saints and sages, destroyer of demons and beloved of Ram.
अष्ट सिद्धि नौ निधि के दाता।
अस बर दीन जानकी माता॥
अस बर दीन जानकी माता॥
You can grant the eight powers and nine treasures, this boon was given by Mother Janaki.
राम रसायन तुम्हरे पासा।
सदा रहो रघुपति के दासा॥
सदा रहो रघुपति के दासा॥
You have the elixir of Ram’s name, and will forever remain Lord Raghu’s servant.
तुम्हरे भजन राम को पावै।
जनम जनम के दुख बिसरावै॥
जनम जनम के दुख बिसरावै॥
Singing your praise, one finds Ram and forgets the sorrows of many births.
अन्त काल रघुबर पुर जाई।
जहाँ जन्म हरि भक्त कहाई॥
जहाँ जन्म हरि भक्त कहाई॥
At the time of death, one goes to Ram’s abode, and is known as God’s devotee in future births.
और देवता चित्त न धरई।
हनुमत सेइ सर्ब सुख करई॥
हनुमत सेइ सर्ब सुख करई॥
One need not think of any other deity, serving Hanuman brings all happiness.
संकट कटै मिटै सब पीरा।
जो सुमिरै हनुमत बलबीरा॥
जो सुमिरै हनुमत बलबीरा॥
All troubles cease and all pain disappears, for those who remember the mighty hero Hanuman.
जै जै जै हनुमान गोसाईं।
कृपा करहु गुरुदेव की नाईं॥
कृपा करहु गुरुदेव की नाईं॥
Victory, victory, victory to Lord Hanuman! Please bestow your grace as my supreme guru.
जो सत बार पाठ कर कोई।
छूटहि बंदि महा सुख होई॥

Whoever recites this a hundred times is released from bondage and gains great bliss.
पवन तनय संकट हरन, मंगल मूरति रूप।
राम लखन सीता सहित, हृदय बसहु सुर भूप॥

O son of the wind, remover of troubles, embodiment of blessings, dwell in my heart together with Ram, Lakshman and Sita, O king of gods.

संरचना
इसमें कुल 40 चौपाइयाँ और 2 दोहे हैं, जो हनुमान जी के जीवन और महिमा का वर्णन करते हैं।

मंगलवार और शनिवार को प्रातः काल पाठ करने से विशेष फल की प्राप्ति होती है।
